Fear and Pain in the Practice of Theta Healing

Fear
and Pain are closely related. Pain is the body's natural call for
attention. So when you experience a tolerable amount of pain you
bodies natural response system is called into action and the body
naturally makes the correct decisions. Fear is a learned response to
what could be overwhelming, but really isn't, so instead of
experiencing the experience, we experience and gaining knowledge of
the experience we instead choose to have "FEAR!", an overwhelming
experience. So when someone experiences a little pain, the body calls for attention and the issue is healed. When the body feels a lot of PAIN!!! it overwhelms the body and you fall into the FEAR response and choose not to experience the PAIN!!!
But these conditions can be instantly resolved: When you experience pain, go up and make the Command, "Resolve this PAIN and create harmony". This tells the body that what it is feeling is natural and instead of just soaking in PAIN, you kick start the healing process by commanding harmony.
You make a similar command when you feel fear, panic or anxiety in your life. If you think of Fear as an absence of knowing then you can make the command: "Resolve this FEAR and create knowledge."
